• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms (beds made, linens changed, dusted, vacuumed, bathrooms sanitized).
• Restocking supplies (toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items).
• Inspecting rooms and reporting maintenance issues.
• Maintaining public areas (hallways, lounges, restrooms).
• Adhering to safety standards and proper cleaning procedures.
• Guest interaction: provide courteous and professional service and address requests promptly.
• Laundry duties: handle laundry including collection, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels.
• Inventory management: monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Room setup: prepare rooms for new guests to hotel standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in food service is advantageous
• Demonstrated focus on guest satisfaction
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Applicants should have the flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
