The Warehouse Management System Super User serves as the site functional process expert for warehouse management system and IT project support, overseeing US‑based service parts and accessories distribution operations and all maintenance, design, and change management associated with WMS configuration changes.

Essential Duties- Monitor and assess WMS functionality to determine the efficiency of configurations, user interface and updates
- Interface with Distribution Operations, P&A Planning, Sales, IT and other departments to translate business needs into training, configuration, and/or software updates/projects that improve order fulfillment
- Identify improvement opportunities in WMS configurations for receiving, replenishment, picking, put‑away, packing, work orders, item management and shipping
- Assist the Distribution Operations team in monitoring workflow, system integrations and order throughput for daily, weekly and monthly metrics
- Serve as key interface between Operations, IT and external software consultants
- Ensure training, updates and system communication are planned as needed for all shifts
- Provide 24/7 on‑site or remote support for software issue resolution when production is down
- BS/BA in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering Technologies or a similar field
- 3+ years in distribution, materials management and/or supply chain experience
- Strong WMS technical and logical capability to solve problems
- Strong cross‑functional/team leadership and communication skills with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Extensive experience with Manhattan WMS and proficient skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology;
Green Belt certification preferred
The hiring range for this position is $62,800 to $90,500 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary based on multiple factors, including job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs and geographic location.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
