Join a growing distribution organization where you'll play a key role in managing purchasing operations and maximizing the capabilities of the Prophet 21 ERP environment. This is an opportunity to work closely with operations, warehouse, and finance teams while driving process improvements and making a visible impact across the business.

• Manage daily purchasing activities within Prophet 21, including creating and maintaining purchase orders and ensuring timely vendor fulfillment
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment strategies based on purchasing trends and supplier performance
• Develop, maintain, and distribute operational and purchasing reports using Prophet 21 reporting tools and SQL where applicable
• Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and accounting teams to ensure accurate inventory and purchasing data
• Maintain vendor records, pricing, and purchasing agreements
• Support month-end inventory reconciliation, system enhancements, testing, and user support related to purchasing functionality

• 3+ years of hands‑on Prophet 21 ERP experience with a strong understanding of Purchase Order Management, Inventory Control, Vendor Management, Replenishment, and Pricing
• Experience creating, maintaining, and analyzing reports within Prophet 21; SQL experience a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
