Seeking a full time Maintenance person.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with good communication skills, committed, reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
The candidate must have knowledge in the following areas:
Basic construction
HVAC
Electrical
Plumbing
Painting
Cleaning
The Maintenance person is responsible for the following, but not limited to
Overseeing and performing maintenance and repairs on buildings and units throughout the property
Provide regular status reports to direct supervisor
Perform regular property inspections and keep up on preventative maintenance
Must have a valid drivers license, automobile insurance and reliable transportation
Must pass Criminal background
