The Clinical Nurse role reflects our mission and values. You will plan, direct, provide, and assist in evaluating patient care, collaborating with providers to deliver evidence‑based care throughout the continuum. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. You will perform direct patient care and quality assurance activities, ensuring complete procedural orders, patient education, and accurate, timely execution of medical orders.

Duties also cover symptom management and direct clinic or telehealth patient care, as well as quality improvement activities aligned with ANA scope and Standards of Care.

Our Urgent Care team seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting. As an RN, you will work under the direction of an on‑site provider, performing rapid patient triage, clinical assessments, and supporting procedures to ensure safe, efficient patient flow. Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Three 12‑hour shifts per week (Days). Urgent Care operates 365 days a year, with weekends and holidays required. The schedule may include travel to other Urgent Care clinics across the state. Hours typically run 07:45‑18:15 on weekdays, with weekend shifts 07:45‑18:15 and rotating holiday hours.

• Basic Life Support certification via the AHA required; advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty.
• Associate of Nursing (ASN) required;
  Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• 2 years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• 1 year experience in Emergency Room, Urgent Care, or Triage required.
• Knowledge of procedures and familiarity with specific clinical equipment and supplies.
• Ability to coordinate multiple patients efficiently.
• Understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as an RN.
