• Active Kentucky or Indiana CNA certification
• BLS preferred (not required to apply)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, hospital, hospice, dementia care, or home health
• New CNAs welcome — recent graduates encouraged to apply
• Open to full-time, part-time, PRN, or direct-hire
