The Nurse Manager (RN) leads the Nursing Department under the Chief Nursing Officer, ensuring policy compliance and coordinating with the leadership team to achieve hospital goals.
The role requires an RN with a BSN/ADN or Diploma, current state licensure, CPR/BCLS (ACLS preferred), and strong leadership and rehab nursing experience.
