Our client site is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our team in Brownsburg, IN. What You'll Do

As a Quality Specialist, you will support daily warehouse operations by ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements within a pharmaceutical distribution environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Apply Good Documentation Practices (GDP) when completing logs, forms, and controlled records.
  • Perform material inspections, label checks, and verification activities.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, GxP, FDA, and customer quality requirements.
  • Assist with internal audits and operational compliance assessments.
  • Support investigations, deviation management, and corrective action activities.
  • Help maintain audit readiness and support customer and regulatory inspections.
  • Analyze quality trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and compliance.
What We're Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulated quality environment such as pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare logistics, or similar industries.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and quality compliance principles.
  • Experience with root-cause analysis tools such as 5 Why and Fishbone preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to read, write, and understand English
    .
