Our client site is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our team in Brownsburg, IN. What You'll DoAs a Quality Specialist, you will support daily warehouse operations by ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements within a pharmaceutical distribution environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Apply Good Documentation Practices (GDP) when completing logs, forms, and controlled records.
- Perform material inspections, label checks, and verification activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, GxP, FDA, and customer quality requirements.
- Assist with internal audits and operational compliance assessments.
- Support investigations, deviation management, and corrective action activities.
- Help maintain audit readiness and support customer and regulatory inspections.
- Analyze quality trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and compliance.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a regulated quality environment such as pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare logistics, or similar industries.
- Knowledge of GMP, GDP, and quality compliance principles.
- Experience with root-cause analysis tools such as 5 Why and Fishbone preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
