Gas Station Clerk – 2026 New Store Opening Team, Brownsburg, IN

As a Gas Station Clerk, you will create a warm, safe, and welcoming experience while keeping our convenience area stocked, clean, and running smoothly. You will build rapport with customers, display a friendly and outgoing attitude, help customers with questions, and direct them to other team members when needed. You will also stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards and use technology to complete activities and tasks.

This position is applicable to the following departments:
Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card and Party, Outdoor, Seasonal and Floral.

• Build rapport with customers.
• Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
• Help customers with any questions they may have.
• Direct customers to another team member if unable to answer their question.
• Stock product and maintain displays according to merchandising standards.
• Utilize technology to complete activities and tasks.

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong listening and communication skills, face-to-face and virtually.
• Willingness to learn or existing familiarity with job-specific technology.
