Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Learn and maintain product knowledge across various outdoor categories
- Help customers select products that best meet their needs
- Educate customers about product features, benefits, and protection plans
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked sales areas
- Assist with merchandising and inventory replenishment
- Support store operations and collaborate with team members
- Promote store programs, including credit card offerings and protection plans
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to stand and move throughout shifts
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Knowledge of outdoor recreation, hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, or related activities
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required)
