Job Opening: HVAC Installer

This installation role includes mostly residential and some light commercial work. Help deliver customers’ heating and cooling needs by providing quality system installations including split systems, duct work, air handlers, furnaces, condensers, thermostats, IAQ products, smart home devices and more. In this role you will learn valuable trade skills and succeed by providing a world‑class experience and caring about the customer’s needs.

• Deliver world‑class quality installations – Deliver an amazing system and install experience to our customers.
• Test and inspect equipment – Perform vital functions tests to ensure the system is heating and cooling to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Advise on system upgrades, improvements, and service plans – Help inform customers on recommended maintenance tasks, such as filter changes, and how often those tasks should be performed.

Office support staff has your back and will help ensure you have all the parts and components you need as well as enough time to perform a thorough installation. You are willing to take on hot attics and crawl spaces, stay until the work is done, and invest time in your personal and professional development.

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and the office team
• Professional appearance and personality

The pay range for this position is $25 to $35 per hour, depending on your experience and knowledge as an HVAC Installer.
