What a Day Looks Like At 7:00 AM you’re reviewing the overnight CMMS queue, slotting preventive and predictive tasks, and dispatching work orders to the right craftsperson. By mid-morning, you’re shoulder-to-shoulder with your team, tracing an intermittent fault on a PLC-controlled conveyor using schematics and a multimeter. After lunch, you’re walking the floor—verifying that compressors, chillers, gearboxes, and robotic cells are running safely and efficiently—while coaching a technician through a hydraulic diagnosis.

You wrap the day by updating equipment histories, closing out corrective actions, and reviewing reliability data with production and engineering to eliminate repeat failures.

Compensation Pay: $44.00 - $48.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Schedule First

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PMYour Core Impact Set daily maintenance priorities and coordinate resources to keep assets available and production flowing.

Own preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs across plant and facility equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and HVAC systems using prints, wiring diagrams, and OEM documentation.

Leverage the CMMS to assign work, capture repair details, track asset history, and drive maintenance planning.

Perform electrical diagnostics with test instruments to isolate and resolve faults quickly and safely.

Maintain and restore key equipment: compressors, industrial chillers, motors, gear reducers, hydraulic circuits, robots, conveyors, and other production machinery.

Conduct routine audits and inspections to verify safe operation and compliance with safety policies.

Coach, mentor, and provide technical direction to maintenance technicians; champion best practices and skill development.

Collaborate with engineering and operations to improve reliability, remove chronic losses, and implement process improvements.

Keep maintenance documentation, records, and reports accurate and up to date per company standards.

Qualifications Proven leadership of a maintenance team in a manufacturing setting.

Deep hands-on experience diagnosing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.

History of maintaining production assets such as motors, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, robotic systems, rollers, compressors, and industrial chillers.

Exposure to PLC-based equipment and proficiency reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Practical experience with CMMS tools for planning, documentation, and asset management.

Comfort working with both low- and high-voltage industrial power systems.

Skilled with test equipment: multimeters, ammeters, ohm meters, and other precision diagnostic tools.

Strong root-cause analysis skills and a track record of durable fixes.

Uncompromising commitment to safety and preventive maintenance principles.
