JOB GOAL
:
Work with students to help them learn concepts in science, mathematics, language arts, and social studies. Assist students in applying concepts they have learned.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Hold appropriate Tennessee certification license.
• Demonstrated organizational skills.
• Effective decision-making and verbal and written communication skills.

• Provide an instructional program that is differentiated.
• Create a secure classroom climate.
• Analyze data and adjust your lessons accordingly.
• Plan, develop, implement, and monitor student success as your goal.
• Use available technology in your lessons.
• Communicate effectively with parents and students.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the Principal.
