Department Manager

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead weekly shifts and supervise departments (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, and report results to the team and other managers.;
Ensure guest service excellence, manage promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru for optimal service.;
Oversee kitchen operations to deliver high-quality, safe food, control food cost, and train kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.;
Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; onboard and motivate staff.;
Maintain compliance with company and franchisee policies and maintain flexible, team-driven work environment.
