Technical AI Engagement Lead

Lead engineering enablement across eight gaming studios inside a major iGaming holding of roughly 800 to 1,000 people. You turn the CTO's vision into team-level practice: standards, specs, demos and the measurement that shows whether any of it is working.

Based in Madrid or fully remote across 20+ European countries. Full-time employment contract, lead level. English fluency required;
Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.

• - Package at least two reusable practices a month as playbooks, templates or demos, and run at least three cross-company transfers a month
• - Drive adoption: one AI experiment per team per sprint, targeting 80 percent weekly-active AI usage among engineers
• - Cascade the CTO vision into team-level discipline through specs, standards and skill development
• - Run bi-weekly validation calls, monthly cross-company demos and per-company status boards
• - Teach teams to define objective success criteria for agentic workflows
• - Track PR throughput, lead time and change failure rate

• - Ongoing client-dedicated role inside a large-scale AI adoption programme
• - Engineering enablement work across multiple international teams
• - Structured KPIs with clear success metrics

• - Led AI adoption in an organisation of 20+ engineers, or equivalent tech lead / head of engineering experience
• - Shipped agentic workflows to production, with personal MCP servers or spec repositories you can show
• - Hands-on enough to review code, pipelines and specifications at senior level
• - Strong technical facilitation: live demos, workshops, validation sessions
• - Fluent English;
  Russian or Ukrainian a plus
• Nice to have:
• Tooling:
  Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, LLM gateways such as LiteLLM or Open Router, MCP servers, local LLM deployment, DX Core 4 and DORA metrics.
