Mechanical Piping Field Engineer in Brownsville

Role: Mechanical/Piping Project Manager or CM

Site: Brownsville, TX.

Per Diem: $150/day

Truck allowance / gas: Truck or truck allowance/gas.

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

• Plan, organize, and manage construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
• Monitor project costs and prepare budget reports; control expenses to stay within budget.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Identify and resolve project risks, delays, or issues.
• Lead and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and site staff.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
