Omni Fiber in Brownsville is seeking a bilingual Call Center Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, deliver excellent customer service, and support sales efforts. Based in the Brownsville Office, you must be fluent in Spanish and English and have about 1 year of experience in a similar role.
The shift is 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with one Saturday per month. Responsibilities include handling 40–50 inbound calls daily, making 5–6 outbound lead calls when volume is low, resolving billing
