- Assist customers with their service needs.
- Prepare a repair order with customer’s concerns at time of drop-off.
- Communicate with technician throughout the repair.
- Order parts as needed.
- Communicate with customer from pickup to drop-off regarding status of repair.
- Answer any customer concerns.
- Collect payment for repairs performed.
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- High written and verbal communication skills.
- Selling experience of any kind preferred.
- Comfortable with navigating new software.
