Customer Service Representative - Bilingual

Role:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative in healthcare, providing support to individuals navigating healthcare programs.

• Assist customers via phone, email, chat, or written correspondence with routine inquiries and issues.
• Use computerized systems to track information, troubleshoot, and provide timely responses.
• Refer complex questions to senior staff, respond with pre-scripted responses, and fill out online applications.
• Maintain knowledge of client policies, adhere to privacy and HIPAA regulations, and complete required documentation.
• Report system problems and provide feedback on processes and training.

• High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work within established turnaround times, participate in training, and maintain regular attendance.
• Ability to work on-site, participate in overtime or holiday schedules if required, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
