professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Clerk
for a condominium property in South Padre Island. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service while efficiently assisting guests, residents, and visitors.

• Greet and assist guests and residents in a professional manner.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, keys, and access information.
• Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries.
• Provide information regarding property amenities, policies, and local area.
• Respond to guest requests and coordinate with maintenance or management as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and complete basic administrative tasks.
• Monitor the front desk and lobby area to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and escalater issues when appropriate.

• Previous front desk, hotel, resort, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
