You’ve spent years coaching young people — not merely instructing them. You understand the distinction: coaching means connecting with students, challenging them, and refusing to accept anything less than their full potential. Teaching means delivering curriculum. You’ve never been a curriculum delivery mechanism.
Alpha operates the most unconventional school model you’re likely to encounter. Students don’t sit in traditional rows receiving lectures. They progress through AI‑driven learning applications at individualized paces. The AI manages instructional delivery. Your responsibility is facilitating life skills workshops that command the attention of K‑8 learners, conducting motivation sessions that drive weekly learning target achievement, and maintaining standards when students attempt to disengage.
Academic progression handles itself. You manage the human dimension.
This position offers a meaningful growth trajectory, measured in student impact. Coordinators who consistently achieve their performance benchmarks (100% cohort achievement of weekly app targets, satisfaction ratings above 90%) advance to Lead Guide positions where they train fellow educators to elevate their practice. Students remain the central focus.
What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating hour‑long life skills workshops for K‑8 students on topics including public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback exchange
