Your responsibility is facilitating life skills workshops that command the attention of K‑8 learners, conducting motivation sessions that drive weekly learning target achievement, and maintaining standards when students attempt to disengage.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K‑8 (elementary and middle school) age students
• Demonstrated storytelling ability and facilitation presence — capable of maintaining child engagement throughout hour‑long sessions
• Available to work on‑site at the Alpha campus located in Brownsville, TX
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

• Experience as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or youth program leader
• Demonstrated history of high achievement in competitive settings (academic, athletic, or professional contexts)
• Familiarity with self‑paced or application‑based learning models

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
