• Facilitating one‑hour life skills workshops for K‑8 students on topics including public speaking, concentration, and how to give and receive feedback

  Pass mastery assessments following each workshop to verify students have internalized the skill, not simply attended the session
• Conducting daily motivation sessions informed by student profiles, personal interests, and Coachbot data to achieve 100% cohort completion of weekly app progression goals
• Leveraging narrative techniques, incentive structures (campus currency, performance leaderboards), and individual rapport to overcome student reluctance
• Monitoring cohort satisfaction metrics with a target of 90%+ on student feedback surveys

• Lecturing from the front of a classroom. Academic progression happens via self‑paced AI‑powered applications, not through direct instruction from you.
• Supervising students passively. The environment involves students using computers; the role requires active facilitation.

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K‑8 (elementary and middle school) students
• Strong storytelling and facilitation skills — capable of maintaining children's engagement throughout a one‑hour session
• Availability to work on‑site at the Alpha campus location in Brownsville, TX
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

• Experience as a sports coach, camp counselor, or youth program leader
• Demonstrated history of strong performance in competitive settings (academic, athletic, or professional)
• Familiarity with self‑directed or application‑based learning models
