• Facilitate workshops that inspire students to discover hidden capabilities in public speaking, entrepreneurship, and practical skills.
• Conduct daily motivation sessions to help students set meaningful goals and develop the mindset to achieve them.
• Support student achievement by applying proven frameworks to ensure every student reaches ambitious academic and personal objectives.
• Develop personalized motivational approaches, collaborating with students to create reward systems and incentives that promote self‑motivated excellence.

• Traditional instruction:
  No chalkboards or lectures; students use advanced apps to master core content.
• Administrative discipline; we rely on logic and positive reinforcement to foster a respectful, dynamic environment.

• Willingness to work in person in Brownsville, TX (relocation assistance available).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Experience employing a growth mindset to achieve high performance.
