Your role centers on facilitating life skills workshops that captivate K-8 students, conducting motivation sessions that drive weekly learning targets, and maintaining standards when students resist effort. • Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops for K-8 students on topics including public speaking, concentration, and constructive feedback exchange

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience working with K-8 (elementary and middle school) students
• Strong storytelling and facilitation skills — capable of maintaining a room of children's attention for an hour
• Ability to work on-site at the Alpha campus in Brownsville, TX
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

• Experience as an athletic coach, camp counselor, or youth program leader
• Demonstrated history of high achievement in competitive settings (academic, athletic, or professional)
• Familiarity with self-paced or app-based learning environments
