Alpha seeks a Camp Coordinator to lead Guides and deliver its coaching-first model on campus locations in Dallas, Austin, Fort Worth and Oklahoma City. You will develop Guides, run life-skills workshops, and coach students using data to drive weekly improvements.
You’ll manage a cohort of students and staff, set high standards, and model the behaviors you expect from every Guide. This is a full-time, on-site role with relocation support and competitive compensation.
