Overview
TSC does not sponsor work visas. The role of the Technology Systems Analyst is to support the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise technology solutions. This exempt-level role combines technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service. The Technology Systems Analyst will focus on systems analysis, process improvement, and technology integration to improve efficiency and user experience.
Responsibilities include working with the outsourced help desk to resolve complex tickets, performing hardware and software repairs (e.g., Dell/Mac, Windows/macOS, Microsoft 365), managing technology equipment inventory and supplies, and requesting vendor quotes. The Analyst will also provide guidance to staff, oversee technology initiatives, ensure compliance with institutional standards, and support classroom audio-visual (A/V) systems and digital signage.

- Serve as the primary resource for advanced, direct end-user technical support on campus.
- Focus on systems analysis, process improvement, and technology integration to improve efficiency and user experience.
