Scheduling & Planning
  • Maintain and update the daily and short-term work schedule based on direction from the Site Operations Leader
  • Track and communicate schedule changes to ensure alignment across field teams
  • Support development of look-ahead plans and daily work execution priorities
  • Execute all permitting activities required for field work
  • Coordinate with safety and site personnel to ensure permits, JHAs, and required documentation are completed and approved
  • Ensure compliance with all site-specific permitting processes
  • Identify, source, and coordinate equipment, tools, and supplies required for scheduled work
  • Submit and track requisitions for parts and materials
  • Coordinate with shops (Houston, or Corpus Christi based) and service teams to manage materials moving to and from the job site
Field Operations Support
  • Maintain real-time visibility of all ongoing site activities
  • Track work progress, resource allocation, and completion status
  • Support field teams by ensuring they have the necessary materials, permits, and information to execute work
Communication & Coordination
  • Serve as a key liaison between field teams, off-site support groups, procurement, and site leadership
  • Communicate status updates, material needs, and scheduling changes
  • Ensure alignment between planning, operations, and execution
Requirements Education
  • Associate’s degree in a technical discipline required. Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in industrial construction, field service, or operations coordination
  • Experience with scheduling, permitting, or materials coordination in a field environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in tracking work activities, materials, and schedules
  • Familiarity with industrial safety and permitting processes
  • Strong verbal communication skills – communicates verbally in a manner appropriate for business, engages in active listening, as well as questioning and discovery skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – develops and maintains rapport and trust with both internal and external customers, demonstrates approachability and genuine interest in others’ concerns.
  • Exhibits professionalism – projects a professional image of oneself and the organization and demonstrates a positive attitude towards work and the Company.
  • Strong teamwork – identifies with the team and its goals, contributes to the groups’ effectiveness, and develops constructive and cooperative relationships with others.
  • Excellent organizational skills - prioritizes and efficiently completes tasks, careful attention to detail, verifies information and detects and corrects errors.
