Responsibilities- Administer and oversee the daily operation of the branch ensuring operational integrity.
- Manage relationship sales, customer service excellence, branch security, and facilities.
- Focus on branch operations, expanding customer relationships, and staff development; requires minimal outside cold calling.
- Collaborate with other Lines of Business and work closely with Branch Lenders/President to agree on strategies that deliver branch profitability.
- Prepare and communicate branch activities in accordance with bank strategies, policies, and procedures, including regular staff meetings.
- Hire and manage branch staff.
