The salary range for this role is $78,000‑$82,000 annually, plus a monthly bonus. This role leads a team for at least 40 hours a week (in‑store), which provides the ability to spend the remainder of the week doing the things you love best.
What You Will Do- Full responsibility for store performance, including sales results, financial performance, merchandising, inventory, and staffing strategy.
- Hiring, talent development, and key people decisions in partnership with Leadership and HR.
- Daily operations that deliver revenue, productivity, and customer experience goals.
- Sales action plans that grow market impact and community presence.
- Performance analysis, trend identification, and operational improvements.
- Workforce planning, scheduling strategy, and labor management.
- Independent judgment in store‑level operational and employee relations decisions.
- Strategic partnership with leadership, including performance reporting and business insights.
- A culture of accountability, engagement, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
- High School Diploma required or equivalent required.
- 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the wireless industry.
- A proven track record of successfully leading a store and delivering strong business results.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to inspire a team and connect with guests.
- Solid business acumen with the ability to understand metrics, analyze performance, and drive results.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop team members into top performers.
- Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed to support the business.
- The ability to motivate Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and moving items.
- Competitive base pay with potential for shift differential, overtime, and bonus pay.
