SUMMAY: PRIMARY
PURPOSE:
To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Military/Civil Aviation Integration Division (AF/A34A) of the Headquarters Air Force staff.
DUTIES:
Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Military/Civil Aviation Integration Division (AF/A34A), ensuring that AF/A34A personnel comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents the Military/Civil Aviation Integration Division (AF/A34A) with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
Initiates, directs, and oversees the implementation of highly sensitive compartmented support activities initiated on a planned or short-notice basis.
