Inventory Coordinator | Build and Production Coordinator
Our client, a manufacturing and industrial operations organization, is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join their team. As an Inventory | Build and Production Coordinator, you will be part of the Materials and Operations Support team supporting production, receiving, and stockroom operations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:Brownsville, TX
Schedule:
Onsite (5 days/week) – 1st & 3rd Shift Available | 12-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)
- Track and move parts between receiving, stockrooms, and production areas
- Support inventory accuracy through returns to stock and inventory purges
- Coordinate movement of parts for outside processing
- Ensure only certified materials are used in production areas
- Organize and maintain tooling and tooling records
- Assist with work order management and basic production support tasks
- Support general inventory organization and material staging across departments
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of administrative or inventory-related experience (3+ years preferred)
- Experience with WMS systems and KPI tracking tools preferred
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work onsite and support rotating 1st and 3rd shift 12-hour schedules (Monday–Friday)
