HIRING IMMEDIATELY: BAG MACHINE OPERATOR IN BROWNSVILLE, TX
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Bag Machine Operator to join our team in Brownsville, Texas. This individual will be responsible for operating bag machines, monitoring product quality, packing finished products, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment. Pay,Schedule, and Location
- $12-$13/hour
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- 1st Shift: 6:45am – 3pm ($12)
- 2nd Shift: 2:45pm – 11pm ($12)
- 3rd Shift: 10:45pm – 7am ($13)
- Located in Brownsville, Texas
- Operate and monitor bag machine equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect bags/products for quality defects
- Pack and stack finished bag bundles
- Change rolls, perform manual splices, and adjust paper rolls
- Start, stop, and monitor machinery during production runs
- Complete production and quality paperwork accurately
- Follow GMP, safety, PPE, and housekeeping requirements
- Report machine issues or adjustments to supervisor
- Support production goals for safety, quality, and efficiency
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- MUST have a VALID Driver’s License — NO EXCEPTIONS
- Minimum 1 year of proven manufacturing experience REQUIRED
- Must have basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
- Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods
- Must be able to frequently lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Must be dependable and able to work with limited supervision
- Team player with a positive attitude
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
