Environmental, Health & Safety Manager
Location:
Brownsville, TX
Salary: $85,000-$90,000 + Bonus

- Lead site safety, environmental compliance, and risk management programs
- Manage regulatory compliance activities involving OSHA, EPA, USCG, and other applicable agencies
- Conduct incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective action management
- Oversee environmental programs including SPCC, SWPPP, air permits, Tier II reporting, and waste management
- Supervise Safety Coordinators/Technicians and drive employee engagement through training and coaching
- Partner with operations leadership to conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and emergency response planning
- 4+ years of EHS experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or related environments
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and working knowledge of EPA compliance programs
- Experience conducting incident investigations and root cause analysis
- U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
