Schedule:

12-hour shifts, 4:1 patient ratios, 2 weekends per schedule required
Highlights:
22-bed Emergency Department with full-service trauma and cardiac capabilities
High-acuity environment caring for STEMI, stroke, sepsis, and trauma patients
Team includes charge nurse, 5–6 RNs per shift, and dedicated ER techs
Meditech EMR documentation system
No on-call requirements
Collaborative environment with 55+ emergency care professionals
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of recent Emergency Department experience in a high-acuity setting
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
TNCC, ENPC, and CPI certifications required
Strong triage and critical thinking skills using ESI guidelines

Experience with trauma and cardiac alerts, including STEMI, stroke, and sepsis protocols
Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability is preferred but not required
