• Assist residents with daily activities (bath, dress, grooming, feeding, toilet use, transfers)
• Provide direct care per individualized care plans
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Observe and report changes in physical or mental condition to nursing staff (RN/LVN)
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents

2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Active Texas CNA certification in good standing (TULIP registration)
• Completion of an approved state CNA training program
• Experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred
• Ability to work in a dynamic healthcare environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Authorization to work in the United States
