Position Overview
We’re looking to add a Full-Time LVN to our team!
Responsibilities- Office support and patient coordination
- Quality assurance (QA) activities and chart review
- Skilled nursing field visits
Seeking a motivated, dependable, and compassionate LVN to work both in the office and in the field. Home health experience is preferred, especially with documentation and QA processes, but we are willing to train the right candidate who has a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a desire to learn.
