LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

We are looking for a full‑time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team in a skilled nursing facility. The candidate should be passionate about caring for the geriatric population, hold a current NY state license, be able to evaluate and treat residents independently without direct supervision, and wish to perform functional therapeutic activities to improve residents’ experience.

• Provide care to residents in our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcomes.
• Provide resident and family education.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, families and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.

Bilingual Russian preferred.

• Current LPN license in the state of New York.
• Ability to evaluate and treat residents independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for geriatric nursing and functional therapeutic activities.

Salary:
Up to $42 an hour.
