NP​/PA Nephrology Private Practice

Job Description

Seeking skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioners and/or Physician Assistants to join established private nephrology practices in Rio Grande Valley (Brownsville), Texas. In this role, you will collaborate closely with nephrologists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities may include outpatient clinic visits, dialysis rounding, and inpatient consultations.

** The practice is also open to part-time schedule as well.

Requirements include:

• Current license to practice as an Advanced Practitioner in Texas
• Ideal candidates will have a firm understanding of the protocols, policies and operations of a physician practice
• 2 years clinical work experience, nephrology experience a strong plus (may be required for some opportunities)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dialysis patients
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• New Graduates and experienced NP/PAs looking to transition into Nephrology are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $115,000 – $130,000 annually (Commensurate with experience)
