Quality Technician - Night Shift

Position Overview
:
The QA Technician will conduct quality assurance testing and documentation to ensure products meet company and industry standards. The role reports to the QC Technician Lead and Quality Control Supervisor.

• Visual inspection of products according to company and ASTM/NSF standards.
• Dimension fittings using precision measuring equipment.
• Perform burst pressure, impact, and other required tests.
• Approve, hold, or reject products based on quality results.
• Record test results and issue quality hold notifications as required.
• Maintain quality control records manually or electronically.
• Follow quality processes, site procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve non‑compliance production issues, collaborating with production team.
• Support defect trend analysis, customer return evaluations, and 5S cleanliness.
• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (or 1‑year manufacturing experience).
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English work instructions.
• Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Strong reasoning and decision‑making abilities to apply ASTM specifications and tolerances.
• Capable of working with limited supervision and collaborating with associates.

• Lift up to 35 lbs up to 3 feet.
• Dexterous use of both hands and feet.
• Stand and walk for long periods (up to 70% of working hours).
• Exposed to heat, cold, noise, dust, solvent, and occasional use of industrial equipment.
