Assist Store Manager, as directed, in managing the Perishable Departments including produce, fresh meat, packaged meats, dairy, frozen food, bread, and bakery products.;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using planning tools and guides.;
Train assigned associates in proper presentation, freshness, and pricing standards for perishable areas.;
Train assigned associates in proper stocking, rotation, and safe handling of Perishable products; ensure compliance with food handling regulations.;
Record Perishable Markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrences; monitor inventory levels as requested by the Store Support Center..
