Game Stop - - Responsibilities:
Manage and lead store operations across a multiunit capacity, developing and promoting a sales culture and delivering outstanding guest service.;
Recruit, interview, hire, develop, and retain high-performing associates; ensure onboarding and training are completed prior to shifts.;
Supervise and delegate tasks to Sales Associates, Retail Keyholders, and Assistant Store Managers; schedule staff and manage payroll-related tasks.;
Maintain a clean, organized, and merchandised store environment; oversee inventory control, loss prevention, and bank deposits.;
Ensure Omni-Channel orders are fulfilled and shipped daily; communicate store initiatives with District Manager; monitor guest service and sales performance.
