Assistant Store Manager

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll coach associates, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain merchandising and store standards. Partnering with the Store Manager, you'll analyze performance metrics, manage scheduling, and support inventory control, loss prevention, and omni-channel services. Responsibilities
