Position Overview:
The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales and providing a positive customer experience. They handle operational duties such as maintaining store cleanliness and visual standards.
Key Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly, create a positive first impression, assist with product information, deliver quality fitting room service, and ensure efficient cash wrap transactions. They also thank customers upon exit, complete assigned tasks, work collaboratively, adhere to store policies, perform housekeeping, and participate in inventory and meetings.
Qualifications & Skills:Excellent communication and customer service skills, retail experience preferred, team-oriented, flexible schedule, and physical stamina for standing and lifting.
Additional Duties:Meet sales goals, maintain a positive attitude, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
