Sales Executive

Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Brownsville, TX. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, and building relationships with residential, commercial, and construction clients. Day-to-day tasks include preparing quotes, explaining service options, following up on leads, and closing sales in line with company targets. The Sales Executive will coordinate closely with operations to schedule deliveries and pickups, ensure accurate customer information, and resolve service issues promptly.

The role also involves maintaining CRM records, tracking sales activity, and contributing to local marketing and outreach efforts to grow brand awareness.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building.
• Solid communication and interpersonal abilities, with capacity to present service options clearly and negotiate effectively.
• Basic business and administrative skills, such as using CRM tools, handling quotes, and tracking sales performance.
• Ability to work on-site in Brownsville, TX, collaborate with operations teams, and adapt to a fast-paced service environment.
• Prior experience in sales, logistics, waste management, or related service industries is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or marketing is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
