Job Summary:

The Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator supports the L&D Team by coordinating both

in-person and virtual instructor-led learning sessions, calendaring licensing appointments, following up

with new hires, and developing learning materials as needed. This entry-level role is ideal for a

detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects and has a passion for learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare learning materials for all training sessions
  • Manage and maintain the training calendar, including scheduling, logistics, and notifications
  • Manage invitations for virtual training sessions and track attendance
  • Organize and version-control training assets; ensure accessibility and consistency of documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to gather feedback and improve training content
  • Assist with basic content updates to Word Press pages related to training resources
  • Support ad-hoc L&D projects as assigned by the Director of L&D
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in related fields (training, education, etc.)
  • Strong business writing
  • Ability to learn new platforms and incorporate them into the daily workflow
  • Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Confidentiality and integrity while handling sensitive information

  • Ensure training materials remain current and relevant by routinely updating content
