** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service by carrying out post orders, security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail location.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols of sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

+ Monitor for and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and/or hazards, helping to deter theft and other unwanted activity through visible presence and professional engagement.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate with site management and/or public law enforcement as needed.

+ Complete detailed incident reports, patrol logs, and other required documentation; support access control and crowd management during peak traffic, special events, and/or store operations.

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Hold a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.

+ Be able to ride a bike.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
