Security Officer

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Armed Security Officer - Enhanced Patrol Driver to protect client sites in Irvine, CA. In this field-based role, you will conduct mobile and foot patrols, monitor access points, respond to alarms and incidents, and provide a professional security presence. You'll complete detailed reports, follow strict safety and firearms protocols, and support a secure environment for clients and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct armed vehicle and foot patrols of client properties
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas for unauthorized activity
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies per post orders
• Complete detailed incident and daily activity reports
• Enforce client policies and site security procedures
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintain patrol vehicle readiness
• Communicate clearly with clients, dispatch, and site leadership
• De-escalate conflicts and maintain a visible security presence
• Use security technology such as radios, cameras, and access systems
• Follow all safety, firearms, and use-of-force protocols
