Overview
Maintenance Technician - Contract Position (Maintenance)
Responsibilities- Perform work to maintain/repair equipment and hotel fixtures.
- Carpentry; plumbing; repairing electrical or mechanical equipment; installing and repairing kitchen appliances, PTACs, and repairing interior and exterior walls, siding, roof, landscape, concrete, and interior carpet, floors, or stairs.
- May prep rooms and assist with cleaning duties as needed.
- Ensure all known issues are repaired by end of each shift.
- This is a contract (Form 1099) position.
- Contractor must provide proof of liability insurance.
- Role requires rotation between hotels in a given market, staying one week at a time to fix maintenance issues.
