Traveling Construction General Laborer

Pay: $20–$25/hr

Hours:

60 hours per week

Paid Weekly

Love working outdoors, traveling, and building important infrastructure?

Join a skilled construction crew repairing and maintaining utility poles, sports lighting systems, and telecom towers across the U.S.

Travel nationwide for projects (typically 5–6 weeks on, 1 week off)

Repair and maintain utility poles, light poles, and telecom towers

Perform concrete work, including forming, setting, and repairs

Conduct inspections and document findings

Use power tools and hand tools safely

Assist with repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting

Work at heights using proper safety equipment

Complete basic reports and inspection records

Follow safety and quality standards

Work closely with your crew to complete projects on time

Construction, concrete, utility, or outdoor labor experience

Willingness to travel extensively

Comfortable working at heights

Experience with structural repairs or inspections is a plus

Ability to use power tools and hand tools

Strong work ethic and safety mindset

This is a contract position based out of Brownsville, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
