This role will alleviate stress for dialysis patients navigating complex insurance options and will require up to 3-4 travel visits weekly to various clinics across the region.
Successful candidates will possess strong customer service skills, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and will be responsible for providing high-level support to ensure patients are informed about their insurance and financial options.
The wage range for this position is between $19.50 and $25.50 per hour, reflecting a competitive compensation package and benefits starting on your first day.
